Gwendolyn Rodriguez, Founder
Gwendolyn Rodriguez is an entrepreneur, business strategist, photographer, and yoga instructor. Her passion for building community, commitment to social justice, and belief in holistic solutions fueled VWell’s mission to scale wellness through partnerships that increase access to therapies that prevent disease and promote wellbeing. Her experience leading large scale public/private partnerships and collaborations to advance health equity and reduce racial and ethnic health disparities has given her the knowledge and laid the groundwork for creating successful corporate and community partnerships to do the same.

Sheila Chacko, Wellness Educator & Practitioner
Sheila has over 20 years of experience supporting clients to reconnect to their innate source of inner guidance, vitality, and wisdom to re-establish mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. Her training and expertise are in Yoga & Embodiment, Holistic Counseling, and Systemic Family Constellations. Sheila works with individuals and groups, both in person and online, as well as leads wellness retreats with groups internationally.

Dominik Marquardt, CTO
Dominik Marquardt serves as CTO, blending engineering excellence and people-centered leadership to deliver accessible wellness solutions at scale. After 10 years of pioneering autonomous driving technology and being an alumnus of the Stanford GSB LEAD program, Dominik brings a unique blend of business acumen, advanced engineering, and leadership. Paired with his behavioral science expertise, he seamlessly merges business needs and user-centric design, creating solutions that bridge corporate wellness with community-driven care.
Propelled by a firm sense of purpose, Dominik is dedicated to scaling VWell’s impact worldwide—demonstrating that thoughtfully engineered technology can advance health equity and transform how businesses and communities care for themselves and one another.

Sarah Stone, CMO
Sarah brings 25+ years of experience in marketing, business development, and strategy, empowering individuals and organizations to achieve sustainable growth. Personable and adaptive, she intentionally creates inclusive, collaborative environments where innovation and diverse perspectives thrive.
Sarah also serves as the Board Chair of EmpowHERment, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women through education, connection, and support.
